PLACING AN ORDER

Orders can be placed through our online shop or by emailing info@commonroom.co

 

COMMONROOM STOCKISTS

All items are sold exclusively online at commonroom.co or through Commonroom events. Please sign up to our newsletter to receive information on our seasonal shops, exhibitions and presentations.

 

PRICES

All prices are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery costs.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We aim to have permanent availability although we cannot guarantee this. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date after the product is anticipated to be back in stock.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once CommonRoom has received payment we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an order reference number to the email address provided. Please email info@commonroom.co if you have not received this within 3 working days following order placement.

 

DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS

When purchasing goods through our online shop you will need to provide a valid credit or debit card number and expiration date. CommonRoom does not store this information following order placement and you will be required to re-enter them at the time of each order.

 

UK DELIVERY COSTS

Standard delivery costs are £5.50.

 

DELIVERY DATE

When your order is ready to be dispatched CommonRoom will notify you by email and provide an estimated delivery date. If it is unlikely that someone will be at the address to receive the goods on this date, please let us know immediately by emailing info@commonroom.co so we can re-schedule delivery.

 

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

Standard delivery costs are £15.00.

 

SIGNING FOR PACKAGES

Please inspect the goods upon delivery. If the goods or the box are damaged it is essential that you notify the driver and clearly mark ‘PACKAGING DAMAGED’ upon the delivery note. If the item is damaged, it is essential that you notify CommonRoom immediately.

If it is not possible to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, please do so within 24 hours and clearly mark ‘SIGNED UNCHECKED’ upon the delivery note. If the item is damaged, it is essential that you notify CommonRoom immediately.

 

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED AND INCORRECT GOODS

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, defective or unacceptable for other reasons, we ask that you notify us of the problem within five working days by writing to info@commonroom.co. We will discuss the problem and where appropriate arrange for one of our couriers to collect the item.

 

RETURNS

Please notify us by writing to info@commonroom.co if you would like to return or exchange an item. You must do so within 14 working days of delivery and we can only accept unused goods returned in their original packaging.

 

BESPOKE COMMISSIONS

CommonRoom is open to bespoke wallpaper commissions. Please contact info@commonroom.co so we can discuss your request.

 

COMMERCIAL AND INTERIOR DESIGN

CommonRoom is open to commercial and interior design projects. Please email info@commonroom.co so we can discuss your brief.

If at any point you would like to remove your contact details from our mailing list, you can do so by emailing ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ to info@commonroom.co. Please do so from the relevant email address.
