We're delighted to announce that our Silk Stripe wallpaper by C.F.A Voysey has won the Homes & Gardens Design Award 2023 for Best Wallpaper Design.

The Homes & Gardens Design Awards celebrate stand out projects and products each year and we're thrilled to be a winner. Silk Stripe was found in the V&A archives, and was originally a watercolour by the master of the Art & Crafts movement, C.F.A Voysey. It was designed in 1918, originally for a striped woven silk and we transformed it into a wallpaper and four wallpaper borders. With rich jewel tones, the Arts & Crafts motifs ground this opulent design in something more modest and accessible. We're so pleased that the pattern resonates to this day, proving that beautiful, skilled designs never go out of style.
