We're delighted to have partnered with Ecologi to plant one tree for every roll of wallpaper sold. And we are now excited to say we've hit our first target of over 1000 trees!

Ecologi are tackling the climate crisis head-on by actively reducing carbon emissions. One of the best ways to prevent the earth from heating to above 1.5°C is to plant trees; they absorb carbon dioxide and release much-needed oxygen back into the air. It's estimated that trees can reduce the temperature of a city by up to 7°C. 

At CommonRoom we're proud nature lovers: this much is clear in our wallpapers, from the green clovers of Lucky Leaf to the classic beauty of William Kilburn's Love Leaves and Old Oak. And not to mention the delicate buds, bees and butterflies found in Fee Greening's Twin Flower.

So, it felt like a natural fit for us to know that for every roll of wallpaper we make, a tree is being put back into the ground and a cycle is being cultivated. We feel it's the least we can do in response to the climate crisis.
