It's St. Patrick's Day, and we're bringing to you some of our favourite recent Lucky Leaf wallpaper installs.

The three-leaf clover, or shamrock, is an iconic symbol of Irish culture and heritage. The name comes from the Gaelic word seamróg, meaning 'little clover'. It's said it was used by St. Patrick as a visual aid to describe the notion of the Holy Trinity to non-believers.

Today, some might see the three leaves as representing mind, body and spirit; or love, wisdom and truth. And in folklore, that uncommon fourth leaf, of course, stands for luck. In the Middle Ages, it was said that finding a four-leaf clover granted the ability to see fairies and ward off evil spirits whilst walking in the woods. Unfortunately, there is typically only one four leaf clover for every 10,000 shamrocks - so they truly are something to be cherished, if you're so fortunate as to find one.
