Delivery & Returns
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed through our online shop or by emailing email@example.com. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days. We make every effort to ensure most products are in stock, apart from those that are made to order, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and either inform you of a later delivery date or offer a refund.
DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS
When purchasing goods through our online shop you will need to provide a valid credit or debit card number and expiration date. Credit/Debit Card orders are processed securely by Worldpay Payments. CommonRoom does not handle any credit/debit card data for orders placed online and does not store this information following order placement. We also take payment via PayPal.
Once CommonRoom has received payment we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an order reference number to the email address provided. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received this within 3 working days following order placement.
UK Delivery takes 2-5 working days for both samples and rolls. Free delivery on samples sent out as standard by Royal Mail. Rolls are sent as standard by DX or DPD. Standard delivery costs for rolls are £5.95.
Please contact us before ordering if you require something urgently. We will try our best to accommodate you.
Europe: 3-6 days via DHL or UPS. European delivery costs £25.00.
US & Canada: 5-10 days via UPS, DHL or Fedex. US delivery costs £45.00.
Rest of the World: 6-12 days via UPS, DHL or Fedex. Worldwide delivery costs £45.00.
SIGNING FOR PACKAGES
Please inspect the goods upon delivery. If the goods or the box are damaged it is essential that you notify the driver and clearly mark ‘PACKAGING DAMAGED’ upon the delivery note. If the item is damaged, it is essential that you notify CommonRoom immediately.
If it is not possible to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, please do so within 24 hours and clearly mark ‘SIGNED UNCHECKED’ upon the delivery note. If the item is damaged, it is essential that you notify CommonRoom immediately.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED AND INCORRECT GOODS
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, defective or unacceptable for other reasons, we ask that you notify us of the problem within five working days by writing to email@example.com. We will discuss the problem and where appropriate arrange for one of our couriers to collect the item.
We hope you are happy with your purchases from CommonRoom but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a perfect, saleable condition within 14 days of receiving the item.
If you wish to return an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers are required to pay for the returns to be shipped back and until they are received back in perfect condition it is the customer’s responsibility, we, therefore, suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
